Re-Engineering Brooklands - Finishing Straight Revealed

Due to the £8.1M Brooklands Aircraft Factory & Race Track Revival Project, some of the areas usually used for parking are currently inaccessible, so access onto the Museum site will this year be for pre-1987 and pre-booked and pre-paid Club vehicles only. Parking for all other vehicles less than 30 years old will be in The Heights off Wellington Way, with further overflow areas arranged within the wider Brooklands area to ensure that there is parking for everybody wanting to attend.

If you are arriving in a pre-1987 (‘D’-registration or earlier) vintage or classic car, motorcycle or commercial vehicle, or you are part of a pre-booked and pre-paid Club display with a windscreen pass, you should use the Campbell Gate off Brooklands Road (B374). Parking for these vehicles will be in and around the Paddock, on the Finishing Straight, Members’ Banking and in an area of The Heights linked to the Museum site (subject to space). We will also have the Vickers Gate open for Brooklands Trust Members arriving in Classics for fast-track entry with access via Brooklands Drive and Mercedes-Benz World.

All other vehicles should use the event Public car park in The Heights off Wellington Way. Please follow event signage on the day and follow instructions from the Brooklands Marshals.

With over 1,000 vehicles expected, live music and a winter barbeque and other additional food outlets, there will be something for everybody amongst the vast and diverse displays of classics all descending on Brooklands to kick start 2017 in style.

Gates open at 9am and the Museum buildings and displays are open from 10am – 4pm; normal Museum admission prices apply.
