ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is David Day and l run Classic Car Buyer UK. I buy, restore and sell Classic Cars and I am based in Farnham, Surrey. My interest in cars began when l started working in my Uncle's garage in Croydon during the summer holidays at the age of 12.

I’m a big motor racing fan and in my 20’s I raced for Speedworth international, I wasn’t bad to be fair and won many championships during the 1980s and 1990s in stock cars, bangers, and hot rods.

I also Raced for Speedworth on a busman’s holiday in South Africa, I’ve driven several NASCAR’s in the states, a real D Type Jaguar belonging to Jaguar heritage at their purpose-built test track, and many other classics and rally cars at places such as Goodwood, Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Millbrook, and test tracks.
